Quick access to major freeways including the 405 Freeway at Jamboree Road, and a dedicated left-turn lane as well as a right-turn entry on Main Street, provides great ingress and egress access.
After 8 months of lease negotiations and meeting with more than 30 operators, Don Ellis and I successfully executed agreeable terms for all parties involved.
